Prat Educació commissioned Teamlabs/ - a laboratory that creates and offers radical learning experiences for young people - the co-creation of a Leadership Module as part of the Marketing and Public Relations Degree.

As part of Teamlabs team, composed by three members, my role was to provide strategic advise, facilitate co-creation sessions and document all the learnings and results part of the process.

Process
The process began with the birth of The Spreaders, the core group of teachers that were going to be responsible of co-creating the leadership module and help Prat in transforming the culture of the center towards innovation and creativity.

To facilitate the co-creation process, Teamlabs/ designed the intervention in four main iterations, while, at the same time, each iteration was divided in four main sessions.

- Design research session to discover the students needs (divergence)
- Challenge definition (convergence) and prototype design
- Test with students and collection of insights
- Learning (postmotorola: what worked - what did not work - what we have learned - what will we do better next time)

Thanks to this project:
Thanks to this project:
- A core group of Prat teachers have acquired a set of skills to co-create and design better learning experiences with the students;
- Experience-based learning becomes the new normal in the center;
- Students have been encouraged to have an entrepreneurial role, working through projects;
- Teachers adopt an experience-based learning facilitator role, with a strong component of knowledge generation and management.
- Prat Educació has transformed its culture and pedagogic approach towards innovation and creativity.
